An unfinished draft from March, 2011
Update: I wrote the paper, slipped it under the professor's door, and he only took off two points. The next day, I took a test for accounting and did the worst that I've ever done on a test in college, and maybe ever. To add insult to injury, I found out that the class average was very high for that test, and that most people had done well. That's life! At least I gained something valuable from the paper; I now have detailed knowledge about Lifeway Foods Kefir's business structure.
